We started up the book club again with Brandon and Chris from Floodlight Consulting as our new partners. We were not sure we would ever start up the book club again after Bill Yeadon retired. However, we could not have chosen better partners to do this monthly show with.
This month Eric picked a pretty tough book with some really deep thought required how to take the lessons from the book and scale them down to a local service business. However, Peter Thiel's Zero to One can reap huge benefits for the company which can take these lessons and tweak them to dominate their market in areas that are underserved and overlooked.
